Introducing Plancenter.com Version 3.0 -- the most advanced online plan room yet.

What's new? We've added a variety of annotation and takeoff tools. Annotate plans with ruler measurements, area measurements, sticky notes, and more. Measurements are stored with the drawing and can be shared by multiple users within your organization.

And, in addition to our fast browsing spec book system, you can now download entire spec books in PDF format. In most cases, those spec books are searchable. The searchable PDF download is only available here. So browse or download, it is your choice!

We've also added a new simplified pricing plan. One annual fee, unlimited use. And every plan, every spec is available as a TIFF or PDF download.

Geographic Coverage

We offer projects from around the Pacific Northwest, with an emphasis on the Puget Sound region. Included is Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Idaho.

Membership Plans

Choose an annual or month-to-month membership depending on your useage requirements.

Annual: Pay an annual membership fee and receive unlimited plan views. $1600 per year. order »

Monthly: Pay a $325.00 annual membership fee, and incur monthly charges based on plan views or plan downloads. Spec book views and downloads are *not* counted. order »

Monthly plan views	0 - 100:	$50
	101 - 300:	$75
	301 - 600:	$100
	Over 600:	$150

How it works: You start out each month with zero plan views. From there each view or download increments your count. Multiple views of the same plan do not count towards your total. At the end of the month we total your count and charge you according to the table above. Remember, spec books do not count, only plans.

Takeoff tools
Plancenter.com includes a useful set of measurement tools. Perform takeoffs with the ruler, area, poly area, and other tools. Then export your data to popular PC programs.

Counters
You can now count any item on a drawing. Separate color-coded counters can be utilized per project or plan sheet.

Improved plan navigation
Move and view a plan just how you want. Use the hand, zoom tool, zoom with keyboard, or the magnifier window.

Shared Annotations
Measurements and counters can be stored with the plan. Include sticky notes and embed other files like office documents or sound files. Share those annotations with other members of your organization or project team.

Improved printing
We've improved every aspect of printing. And, you can print the annotations and measurements along with the plan sheet.

Project tracking and updates
Plancenter.com emails you when a planholder, bid date change or addendum occurs to a project you are tracking.
