City seeks help with Windermere CSO

SEATTLE — The city of Seattle is seeking a consultant to help select a general contractor and construction manager for the Windermere CSO reduction project.

The consultant will help Seattle Public Utilities in selecting a GC/CM contractor and overseeing performance. SPU is also seeking consultants to conduct training sessions on alternative contracting methods.
