$1B resort, designed by Olson Kundig, planned for Telluride

The resort will comprise three connected buildings nestled amongst the peaks of the San Juan Mountains.

Construction is slated to start this year on a new luxury resort in Telluride, Colorado. Designed by Seattle-based architecture firm Olson Kundig, the development will include a Four Seasons Hotel, 28 private residences, and a host of high-end amenity spaces.
