Old Costco becomes PUD warehouse

PUD No. 1 of Clallam County recently received a certificate of occupancy for its newly converted central warehouse at 100 Hooker Road in Sequim. The 70,000-square-foot building, called the Carlsborg Operations Center, was previously a Costco store.
