Oregon college plans $6.6M classroom building

Blue Mountain Community College expects to seek a contractor in August to build a 28,000-square-foot classroom building on 6.7 acres donated by the city of Hermiston, Ore., across the street from the school's two existing buildings. Construction cost is estimated at $6.6 million; the total project cost is $8.5 million.
