SHA seeks bids on Denny Terrace

SEATTLE — The Seattle Housing Authority is looking to hire a construction manager for renovation of its 11-story, 221-unit Denny Terrace apartment building at 100 Melrose Ave. E.

The project is financed partly through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
