$741M San Ysidro border crossing is done; so how is it working out?

The project was designed by Miller Hull Partnership and Magnusson Klemencic Associates. A new pedestrian crossing and additional vehicle lanes are coming.

The Miller Hull Partnership, architect; Hensel Phelps Construction Co., general contractor; Clark-Atkinson, pedestrian bridge contractor; Magnusson Klemencic Associates, structural/civil engineer; Interface Engineering, mechanical/electrical/plumbing; Aecom, landscape architect and information technology; Sparling, technical security; Candela, lighting design; 33 Design, interior design; and Hinman Consulting Engineers, physical security/blast design.
