Two proposals for Mount Baker TOD

    Two developers, Artspace and Ravenhurst, submitted proposals to build projects next to the Mount Baker light rail station.

    Citing a lack of medical facilities in Southeast Seattle, Ravenhurst Development proposes a community health center that would be anchored by one of Seattle's major medical institutions.
