Plans for $20M chapel shelved

BELLEVUE — The city bought slightly more than 6.8 acres for $1.75 million in the Richards Valley/Kelsey Creek area, public records show.

The purchase puts an end to Barney Ebsworth's plan to build a non-denominational chapel to honor his family.
