Judge sets aside sale of downtown bank site

A judge ruled Friday that the Federal Reserve Bank did not follow required procedures in selling its former branch in downtown Seattle. The judge set aside the 2008 sale of the half-block property at 1015 Second Ave.

It is unclear what will happen next.
