ZGF renews lease at 4th & Madison

SEATTLE — Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Architects renewed its lease for a full floor at the Fourth & Madison Building in downtown.

A spokesperson for ZGF, which designed the 40-story tower, said the firm signed a long-term lease at a price that is competitive with current market conditions. According to officespace.com, the building has 845,500 of rentable square feet, and lease rates are $24 to $26 per square foot, plus expenses.
