Mercer Island seeks developer for TOD

The Mercer, developed by Dollar Development, is one of a number of mixed-use projects that have sprung up in Mercer Island’s town center since 2001. The city is looking for a developer for a transit-oriented complex there.

Mercer Island is seeking a developer for a transit-oriented mixed-use project in its town center as Sound Transit gears up to build a light rail station nearby.
