The number of foreclosures in Washington has dropped significantly, but it's a temporary lull, according to experts who say the foreclosure crush will resume soon.
It has to, says Glenn E. Crellin, the new associate director at the University of Washington's Runstad Center for Real Estate, because lenders cannot afford to keep carrying so much bad debt on their books.
