Lender takes back building at Fisherman's Terminal

This office building overlooking Salmon Bay was taken over by a bank earlier this month, after the developer defaulted on the loan. The one tenant in the building, a fishing group, has an option to buy or lease the property.

A lender has taken possession of a distressed new office building near Fisherman's Terminal, court records show.
