Martin Selig Real Estate has filed plans to build a 153,000-square-foot office building in Lower Queen Anne.

The site is at 220 W. Harrison St., several blocks from the developer's 320,000-square-foot Elliott Park office campus on Elliott Avenue West that was completed in 2010.

The new building would be a six-story structure with two levels of underground parking for 125 vehicles.

Perkins+Will is the architect.

Early concept designs show the building would be a pair of connected cubes that step down along a steep slope on Third Avenue West. The main entrance would be in the middle of the block, where the two structures meet.

Garage access would be off an alley.

Several small commercial structures would be demolished.

An early design guidance meeting with a Seattle review board is tentatively set for 6:30 p.m. Sept. 10 at Queen Anne Community Center, at 1901 First Ave. W.

The developer is also planning a 12-story, 100-unit apartment building at 3031 Western Ave. near the Olympic Sculpture Park.
