Management by Design: Is voice mail on its way out?

An article in the September 2013 Harvard Business Review encourages readers to eliminate voice mail from their lives and some corporate giants are taking notice.
Last December, Coca-Cola shut down voice mail at its Atlanta headquarters in an attempt to simplify work and increase productivity. Callers who try to leave a message are told to try an alternative method of contact.
