Aurora auto lot gets new apartment plan

SEATTLE — A 1.2-acre car sales lot at 13711 Aurora Ave. N. appears to be on the market.

Last year one prospective buyer filed an early apartment plan, which did not advance. Now developer Bode and Caron Architecture have filed a seven-story apartment plan. The number of units isn't specified, nor is the number of parking stalls. The plan is listed with a nominal value of $30 million.
