Tesla dealership coming to Fife

FIFE, Pierce County — The former Larson Power Boats property, at 3701 20th St. E. in Fife, will soon have Tesla as a new tenant.

Drake Real Estate Services of Denver paid $14 million for the property in February, with plans already underway for a remodel. No tenant was then indicated. But Drake and CallisonRTKL later filed plans in April to renovate the building for Tesla. Dynamic Trades is the contractor.
