Lift files plan for new Kent industrial project

Plans call for a single-tenant 74,676-square-foot industrial building with some office space.

The land sold about a year ago at 20241 84th Ave. S. in Kent. And now Lift Partners has filed an early plan to redevelop the Kentwood Business Park property, which offers about 4.4 acres. Its three old buildings will be razed.
