2 new tenants sign on at Summit

SEATTLE — Two new tenants are set to open at the recently completed Seattle Convention Center Summit Addition: Eastern European bakery Piroshky Piroshky and Monorail Espresso.

This will be the fourth location for Piroshky Piroshky, which debuted at Pike Place Market in 1992, and the fifth for Monorail Espresso, which began as a coffee cart outside the downtown entrance to the Monorail in the 1980s.
