Pete's Market site sells for $8M

SEATTLE — The longtime home to Pete's, the esteemed Eastlake wine shop and deli, recently sold for a bit over $8.1 million, according to King County records.

The seller at 2300 Fairview Ave. E. was an LLC associated with Cannon Commercial and local investors. They acquired the property in 2017 for almost $7.5 million.
