31 Beacon Hill units face first design review

Plans emerged three years ago to redevelop an old commercial property at 3207 Beacon Ave. S., on the corner of South Hanford Street. Only last Friday came the first administrative design review for a proposed five-story, 31-unit apartment building.



Newly opened affordable housing building brings 119 units to Rainier Beach

Elizabeth Thomas Homes, a new community-oriented affordable housing development, is now open at 4524 S. Henderson St. The new approximately 150,000-square-foot building is located one block from Rainier Beach station and is within easy walking distance to neighborhood schools, grocery stores and community centers.

DevCo nearly above ground on 222-unit Everett project
