Fast facts Location: 1551 Broadway, Tacoma Size: 277,000 square feet Project cost: $84 million Groundbreaking: Dec. 9, 2001 Opening: Nov. 13 Hotel: A $14.5 million, 153-room Courtyard by Marriott will open on South 15th Street, across from the center.
