City of SeaTac issues DNS for possible hotel and apartments

Plans emerged last fall for a possible hotel/apartment development on the site of a vacant former SeaTac mobile home park, The Firs, a little south of Angle Lake Station.

$26.7M industrial sale for CenterPoint
