In Seattle, BCRA hired Andrew Tsai as a design project architect, Antoni Dellomo as a designer, and Victoria Nizzoli and Kori Clark as architectural team members. In Tacoma, it hired Heidi Kihlman as a project architect. Tsai has 10 years of experience in mixed-use residential, retail, high rise, education and historic preservation projects. He was with Tiscareno Associates. Dellomo has worked on bars and restaurants as an independent architect. He is a graduate of Syracuse University. Nizzoli has two years of experience in multifamily, K-12 and senior housing projects, and is on the residential team. She was with RRM Design Group in Santa Barbara. Clark has worked in the higher education, residential, commercial and health care sectors. She was with SMA Architects in Montana. Kihlman has 19 years of industry experience, including commercial and retail projects. She is working on education projects. BCRA provides architecture, interior spaces, civil engineering, structural engineering, land-use planning and landscape architecture.

Stillwater Dwellings, a Seattle-based architectural design and fabrication firm, hired John Morgan as chief operations officer. Morgan oversees day-to-day operations, including production, supplier management and fabrication. He has over 20 years of experience in executive positions. Stillwater designs and manufactures contemporary prefab homes.


Johnson Braund hired Sharon Rhea as its interior design director and Hanna Tania as an intern architect. The firm specializes in multifamily and hospitality architecture and interior design.

In Anchorage, Stantec hired Andrew Niemiec as transportation manager and an associate. Niemiec has over 28 years of project development experience, mostly with the state of Alaska. He was executive director of Knik Arm Bridge and Toll Authority, and worked with the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities. Stantec provides consulting in planning, engineering, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, surveying, environmental sciences, project management and project economics.

SCJ Alliance hired Maria Stock as finance manager. Stock has over 21 years of experience as assistant controller and payroll manager at a geotechnical consulting firm. She will work in the Lacey corporate office, overseeing financial operations for SCJ's five offices in Washington and Colorado. The firm provides civil engineering, transportation planning and design, environmental and urban planning, landscape architecture and public outreach.

Hart Crowser promoted geotechnical and seismic engineer Doug Lindquist to principal. Lindquist was hired 18 years ago. He has a background in performance-based seismic design, which is earthquake analysis commonly used for buildings over 240 feet tall and waterfront structures. His projects include seismic upgrades to King Street Station and the 150-foot-tall retaining wall at Sea-Tac Airport. Hart Crowser is an engineering, science and consulting firm in Seattle.

Seattle-based Meng Analysis hired Joel Gragg as marketing manager. Gragg was with DLR Group, where he led marketing for the Boeing and justice and civic sectors. Meng specializes in quality and cost performance services, including value analysis, constructability reviews, commissioning, facility condition analysis and cost estimating.



Reid Middleton, an Everett engineering, planning and surveying firm, hired Jon Padvorac as a project engineer, Hugo Cisneros as IT administrator and Aleksandr Put as an IT help desk technician. Padvorac is in the waterfront engineering group. He has over 10 years of experience, including marine engineering for the city of Seattle. Cisneros oversees the network and the IT group. He has over 12 years of experience in IT consulting, administration and help desk, and supporting companies. Put supports employees in five offices. He holds an associate's degree in computer information systems from Edmonds Community College.
