All steel piles now in place for new Pier 58 in Seattle

Waterfront Seattle reports that general contractor Pacific Pile & Marine recently finished installing all 120 of the steel piles for the new Pier 58. Crews have now turned their attention to building the deck that will support the pier's new park.

Wood Partners opens 274 units near Tacoma

Down in University Place, near Tacoma, the new 274-unit Alta University Place recently opened to renters. Developer Wood Partners, based in Atlanta, made the announcement this week.
