Kreshel

Jeff Kreshel joined KPG to lead utilities engineering services from its Seattle office. Kreshel has over 29 years of experience in planning, design, and construction management of water, wastewater, stormwater and other municipal civil engineering projects. He has collaborated with local agencies to develop long-term infrastructure solutions and has worked with over three dozen cities, counties, special purpose districts and other public agencies. Prior to joining KPG, he partnered with many of KPG's other disciplines on a variety of public works infrastructure projects in the Puget Sound region.

Zeman

John Zeman joined PACE Engineers as branch manager of the Wenatchee office. Zeman has 27 years of civil engineering experience and has led the operations and direction of several local and national A/E/C and technology companies. He has overseen facilities, transportation, aviation, mining, ports and maritime, transit, oil and gas and industrial business lines. PACE is a civil and structural engineering, planning and surveying firm with offices also in Kirkland and Everett and in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Kriegel

Seattle-based Johnston Architects hired Jen Kriegel and Jesse Davis as designers. Kriegel holds a bachelor's in English and duel master's degrees in architecture and landscape architecture from the University of Washington as well as a master's in historic and sustainable architecture from New York University. She is working on accessibility upgrades to the Seattle Justice Center and residential renovations. She started working at JA in 2017 as a student intern. Davis holds a master's degree in architecture from the UW and a bachelor's in sociology, philosophy and theology from Point Loma Nazarene University. He is supporting JA with internal Revit library updates, physical model building and digital modeling and video work. He is also designing a detached accessory dwelling unit in Magnolia.

Murdock

Neeley

PCS Structural Solutions promoted Wes Neeley in Tacoma and Kyle Murdock in Seattle to associate principal. Neeley joined PCS in 2001. He has experience in K-12 and higher education new and renovation projects, including historic renovation. He is working on Webster School in Seattle, Yelm Middle School and Southworth Elementary in Yelm, and master planning for the PeaceHealth hospital system. In the past few years, he's completed the historic Tacoma Paper and Stationary building for UW-Tacoma. Murdock has been with PCS for over 10 years. He primarily manages its healthcare, life science and private development projects. He is managing the Block 95 project at Swedish First Hill and healthcare campus projects across the region. He is a healthcare marketing lead in PCS's Seattle office and participates in business development and project pursuits. PCS is a 75-person, structural engineering firm with offices in Seattle, Tacoma and Portland.

Craig

In Seattle, Jackson | Main Architecture promoted architectural designer Meghan Craig and project manager Dirk McCulloch to associate. They will join the firm's leadership team. Craig holds a master of architecture degree from the University of Idaho and started at JMA as an architectural intern. She has experience in planning, design, construction documentation and construction administration in tenant improvements and new construction projects. The projects are in the commercial-retail, health care, industrial, mission critical, self-storage and workplace sectors. McCulloch studied architecture at the University of Washington. He has 23 years of experience in commercial, single- and multi-family residential, self-storage, industrial, retail and religious projects. He does project management, building design and code integration, construction documentation, quality assurance review and construction support/administration. Jackson | Main provides architecture, master planning and interior design.

HNTB Corp.

Wallner

In Bellevue, Robert Wallner joined HNTB Corp.'s national tunnel practice as principal engineer and director, tunnels and underground structures. Wallner has over 25 years of experience that includes design and construction supervision of foundation and underground projects in soil and rock using sequential excavation method, tunnel boring machine and cut-and-cover methods. He also has experience in quality assurance and quality control, material testing, and verification and validation of systems for compliance with various standards and specifications. He was in project leadership roles for another consulting firm on California and Taiwan high speed rail projects, Sound Transit Beacon Hill Station and the Caltrans Caldecott – 4th Bore project. He was resident technical engineer on the Transport for London Crossrail project. HNTB is an infrastructure firm.
