The R.D. Merrill Building is a 50,000-square-foot office building in Seattle's Eastlake neighborhood, across from Lake Union. The building contains three levels of office above a single underground parking garage with 33 spaces. The lobby acts as a gallery for owner Charlie Wright's extensive family art collection.
