Gary Knutzen Cardinal Center
Skagit Valley College in Mount Vernon reopened its 50-year-old student center, the Gary Knutzen Cardinal Center, in June last year following a two-year remodel. The building has been renamed for its athletic director, who has been with the college since 1963.
