Skookum Contract Services addition

Skookum Contract Services has expanded its corporate headquarters in Bremerton.

In 2011, the company first turned a 30,000-square-foot former Dodge dealership into its offices. The recently completed expansion adds 27,740 square feet and includes the renovation of a detached 4,500-square-foot maintenance facility.

The addition allows the firm to consolidate 110 administrative employees and plan for growth.

New spaces include offices, several team and training rooms, an executive meeting room, workout area and locker rooms, and support areas. A new team and event kitchen connects to a two-story atrium-like gathering space. A terraced garden and picnic shelter extend outside.
