Purveyors of alcohol often face liability for serving one drink too many to patrons who later cause an accident.
But what about passengers who imbibe too much on an airplane? Are airlines also potentially liable for the acts of drunk drivers? This issue was just decided in a Georgia case called Delta Airlines, Inc. v. Townsend.
