Ann Graves, who has been Seattle Animal Shelter's acting director for the past year, has been named executive director. Graves was the shelter's manager of field services, which is the regulatory and investigations unit. She joined Seattle Animal Shelter in 2000 as an animal care officer, and previously worked at what is now Seattle Humane.
Neurilink, an audio visual integrator based in Boise, is acquiring Seattle's Blue Sky Integrated Technologies. The company provides audio visual collaboration services for conference rooms, classrooms, auditoriums and training rooms. The combined staff of 46 will work in Seattle and Boise. Blue Sky principals Laura Moorhead and Greg Tazioli are Neurilink vice presidents.

Columbia Pacific Advisors, a Seattle investment firm, said it has sold Talyst Systems, LLC, a pharmacy automation firm based in Kirkland, to Swisslog Healthcare of Denver. Columbia Pacific acquired Talyst in 2015.
Nossaman has expanded in the Pacific Northwest and added Leslie Nellermoe to the Environment and Land Use Practice Group, and Michael Wrenn to its Litigation Practice Group. They join as partners in Seattle, and come from the Seattle litigation and environmental regulation firm Nellermoe Wrenn. Nellermoe focuses on contaminated property and waste management. Wrenn is a litigator who has been practicing for more than 35 years.
Former Washington State University academic coordinator and retention counselor Amy Sharp is returning to Pullman as director of the Women's Resource Center. She was student life manager in Enrollment and Student Services at the College of Western Idaho in Nampa. Before that she worked at WSU's College of Agricultural, Human and Natural Resource Sciences, and in Student Support Services.

Suzanne Dale Estey, former president and CEO of the Economic Development Council of Seattle & King County, has joined Gallatin Public Affairs as a partner in Seattle. She has more than 25 years of leadership experience in economic development, public policy, public affairs, strategic communications, intergovernmental relations and nonprofits, including as economic development director for Renton, and state lobbyist for the city of Seattle.

Everett Public Library named Abby Cooley the library's next director, replacing Eileen Simmons, who is retiring after nearly 20 years. Cooley is library manager at Baltimore County Public Library's Reisterstown and Hereford branches.
Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro said it will renew its focus on environmental law with a dedicated environmental practice, and add three environmental litigators to the national team. Matthew Pawa, Benjamin Krass and Wesley Kelman formerly of Pawa Law Group in Boston will join the firm. They worked on global warming cases for more than a decade. Pawa will co-lead the practice area with Steve Berman.
