Cost Plus World Market

Cost Plus World Market has relocated two stores in Washington state. The Olympia store is now at Capital Mall at 2401 Fourth Ave. W. and the Bellevue store is now at Crossroads Bellevue at 15600 NE Eighth Street. The California-based retailer sells furniture, decor, jewelry and accessories from around the world.

JND Legal Administration

Jennifer Keough, CEO and co-founder of JND Legal Administration, is a finalist for Female Entrepreneur of the Year in the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. Finalists were chosen from more than 1,500 candidates. Winners will be announced Nov. 17.

Cairncross & Hempelmann added Binah B. Yeung to the litigation team. Yeung has experience with a range commercial disputes, including complex contracts, construction, fraudulent misrepresentation and real estate. She was with Schweet Linde & Coulson.

City of Seattle

Mayor Tim Burgess nominated Andrew Myerberg to direct the Office of Police Accountability. The OPA is an independent office responsible for investigating complaints of police misconduct and initiating its own investigations. Myerberg has been director of OPA on an interim basis since July. He was a team leader of the Police Action Team in the Seattle City Attorney's Office.

Maaco Auto Painting & Collision Repair

Maaco Auto Painting & Collision Repair has plans to expand into Seattle with two new shops by 2020. It has over 500 locations worldwide, and is seeking franchise partners here. The goal is to double the size of the company in three years.

RSM US, a provider of audit, tax and consulting services to middle market firms, named Paul Brajcich office managing partner for the Pacific Northwest. He has 33 years of audit and accounting experience and will oversee RSM's offices in Seattle and Tacoma, which employ more than 140 people.

Spokane Public Facilities District

Spokane Public Facilities District named Spokane Convention Center General Manager Stephanie Curran incoming CEO. The district's current CEO, Kevin Twohig, is retiring at the end of the year. Curran has been an employee of the district since 2003, and was named general manager in 2015. She starts next February.
