The Client Coach How to build strong business relationships |
July 24, 2002
Writer’s Note: Perhaps you’ve had a little trouble lately falling to sleep at night. You’re not alone. It occasionally happens to all of us, especially when the economy takes the kind of nose-dive it’s taken over the last year. Since you need your rest, I thought I’d write a little bedtime management story. It’s about leadership and a fictional character named Yesu Khan (pronounced “Yes You Can”). He was a master teacher who had two star pupils under his feet. Find out who they are while you consider the leadership principles he tried to instill in them … Sweet dreams!
Of all the Khans, including Genghis and Kublai, Yesu Khan was the greatest. He was a teacher, and those destined for leadership were sent to study at the feet of the great Yesu Khan.
