Sawyer Trail

Sawyer Trail, located at 17412 44th Ave. E. in in Frederickson, is a 566-unit apartment community, offering a mix of multi-level townhomes and single-level units.

The first three phases of the project, with 396 apartments and 90 townhomes, were completed and leased between 2018 and 2020. Sawyer Trail’s final phase brings 80 more townhomes and additional outdoor amenities, including a sport court and community garden. The new townhomes are now available for lease or prelease, with the final townhome building scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.

Amenities include two clubhouses, a heated pool and covered hot tub, fitness center, indoor and outdoor event spaces, playgrounds, dog parks and a media room.

There are more than two miles of soft trail and concrete walking paths throughout the nearly 50-acre property. Most existing trees were preserved. The smaller shrubs and trees that were removed during construction were converted to woodchips for the walking trails.

Sawyer Trail is located within walking distance of Frederickson Town Center, and offers easy access to Puyallup and Tacoma.
