E. Kent Halvorson

Tom Stevens and Greg Knorr have joined E. Kent Halvorson's Tenant Improvement and Special Projects Division. Stevens is a project manager. He came from Foushee & Associates and has 13 years of experience in commercial construction and real estate. Knorr, a project engineer, has worked as an assistant project manager in residential speculative home building and commercial construction in Spokane and King County. He is a 1992 graduate of the Construction Management program at Washington State University.

Lease Crutcher Lewis

Lease Crutcher Lewis of Seattle has hired three new employees for its accounting department. Included are Thao Nguyen, payroll, Michelle Scharfen, accounts payable and Catherine Durand, job costing. Nguyen is a 1996 graduate of the University of Arizona. She has a varied background that includes work in a research laboratory. Scharfen comes from Classic American Home Revisions, where she held a similar position. Durand was formerly with Pine Street Development. She holds a bachelor's degree from Seattle University.

Bellevue general contractor Foushee and Associates has hired Nigel Starr and Rick Angehrn as project engineers. Starr has a background in management and graduated from Western Washington University. Angehrn holds bachelor's degree in construction management from Central Washington University.
