Seattle-based commercial contractor Schuchart promoted four to division managers: Dan Rutkowski, Tyler Mjelde, Casey Schuchart and Jeff Tobin. Rutkowski leads the Boeing Division. He joined the company in 2001, is involved with the Leadership Tomorrow and Lean Construction Institute organizations and holds a bachelor's degree in environmental design from the University of Colorado. Mjelde heads up the company's work with Microsoft. He has 12 years of industry experience, is working toward a DBIA certification and holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Washington. Former project manager Schuchart focuses on innovative new construction projects such as the Bullitt Center. He is a member of NAIOP's Developing Leaders Committee, the Downtown Seattle Association Smart Growth Committee and the Seattle Architecture Foundation; and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego and an MBA from Seattle University. Tobin leads the Tenant Improvement Division. He has nearly 20 years of commercial construction experience, is a member of BOMA Seattle, and holds a bachelor's degree from Central Washington University and a certificate in construction/facilities management from the University of Washington.

Regional general contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis promoted John Crichton to project manager and hired five in its Seattle office. Crichton started in construction in 2001 and joined Lewis in 2006 as a project engineer. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Western Ontario, and a certificate in construction management from the University of Washington. Chad Smith, Antonio Nunez and Tyler Clark joined as project engineers. Smith has been in construction since 2005 and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Idaho. Nunez is working in the estimating department. He began as an equipment operator in 2003 and recently earned a bachelor's degree in construction management at the University of Washington. Clark started in construction in 2004 and holds a bachelor's degree in general engineering from Gonzaga University. Ann Tracy and Kaeli Darnell joined as operations assistants. Tracy has worked in construction since 2004 and studied accounting at Edmonds and Highline community colleges. Darnell holds a bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University Shreveport.
