BNBuilders expanded its management team in Seattle by adding David DeYarza as director of innovation, Kevin Corrigan as director of human resources and Ron Montoya as project executive. DeYarza is leading the implementation of smart technology, BIM and lean construction. He has more than 20 years of technical expertise. Corrigan is leading the firm's company-wide compliance, strategic initiatives, training and development. He has more than 30 years of HR experience. Montoya is helping expand the firm's project portfolio and diversify into new markets. He has more than 20 years of construction experience, including high-Ârise and large ground-up projects in Seattle.

Global Diving & Salvage hired Jim Riedel to manage preventative booming operations, as well as pursue additional opportunities in the Puget Sound and surrounding areas. Riedel is working in the Pacific Northwest Environmental Division, based out of Seattle. He has more than 17 years of experience in the environmental services industry, including a stint at National Response Corp. as general manager of the Pacific Northwest Region.

Swinerton Builders hired Mike Davis and Greg Morris as senior project managers, Matthew Berry and Peter Roberts as project engineers, David Rea as chief estimator, Lauren Howard as administrative assistant and Robert Gessner as healthcare superintendent. Davis was with The Rush Companies and has 18 years of industry experience. Morris was with Aecon Buildings and has 25 years of industry experience. Berry holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Washington. Roberts holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Washington State University. Rea worked as a contractor for 44 years. Howard holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Western Washington University. Gessner was with Skanska and has 28 years of industry experience.

Jeannine Laitres, national trainer at Monroe-based Canyon Creek Cabinet Co., received the CAPS (Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist) designation. The CAPS program was developed by the National Association of Home Builders' Remodelers Council in collaboration with AARP. It focuses on the unique needs of people over the age of 50, addressing the most common barriers in their homes and designing home remodel solutions. Laitres has been with Canyon Creek for more than 13 years and leads the Design Services program.

Brent Walley joined Seattle-based PSF Mechanical as senior account executive in the Service Department. He has more than 17 years of experience in controls, engineering development, service repair, account management and system sales.
Pinnell/Busch hired Robert “Bob” Taylor as a consultant. Taylor has 10 years of experience as a construction contractor and more than 40 years of experience as a construction and environmental lawyer in Seattle. He has been a member of The American College of Construction Lawyers since 1992 and the AGC since the 1980s.
