Century West Engineering named Dennis D. Fuller president and Joe Roshak vice president of the company, a firm of planners, engineers and construction management specialists with offices in Portland, Bend, Spokane and Ellensburg. Fuller and Roshak have been with Century West for more than 20 years. J. Ned Dempsey, Century West founder and past president, will continue to be involved as chairman of the board and a member of the senior management team.
