Smith
Dykeman, an Everett design firm, has named architect Kelli Smith principal, giving her an ownership role. Architect Michael Stevens has been promoted to associate. Smith, director of the firm's Interior Design studio, has worked with Peoples Bank of Lynden, and on K-12 facilities in Washington. She assists in developing educational specifications for schools in the Everett district. She serves on the Darrington Library Board and Planning Commission. Stevens has worked on a variety of projects including public, retail/mixed-use, educational, residential, and civic assignments. He is working on the Snohomish district's Valley View Middle School, which is targeting Living Building sustainability standards. He's also working on a mixed-use master planning project in Snohomish County.
