ESM Consulting Engineers hired Zack Lennon as survey manager in the main office in Federal Way. Lennon spent eight years with CLC Associates, three as survey department manager in Spokane. He has been based in the Northwest for most of his career. ESM provides civil engineering, surveying, planning, GIS, mobile data collection and landscape architecture.
