Echo Summers, a senior associate environmental and regulatory specialist, returned to Hart Crowser. Summers managed environmental, safety and health programs at Terex Aerial Work Platforms and Esterline Korry Electronics, and consulted for the Navy and NASA. She will help clients with environmental compliance and workplace safety. Hart Crowser is an environmental and engineering consulting firm headquartered in Seattle, with other Pacific Northwest offices.
