Maul Foster & Alongi hired Chris Webb as a principal engineer in the Bellingham office. Staff planner Jacqueline Gruber is relocating to the Seattle office. Webb, formerly of Chris Webb & Associates, is a civil engineer with more than 20 years of experience. He has a background in LID stormwater designs, LEED and sustainable civil engineering. Gruber has experience in environmental and land use planning, and supports marketing efforts in the Puget Sound region. MFA is a Northwest environmental engineering and planning firm.
