Giever

HDJ Design Group hired Elisabeth Giever as an engineering designer and Joseph Latimer as a land surveyor in training in the Tri-Cities office and John A. Bueler as an engineering designer in the Vancouver office. Giever has experience with residential and commercial land development, focusing on potable water, stormwater and sewer systems. She previously worked at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Latimer will be acting survey party chief. He has experience providing survey services. Bueler holds a bachelor's in civil engineering from Oregon State University. He will provide technical support and engineering design as part of the transportation group.
