Sclater Partners Architects hired Jeff Luedeman as an intern, Michael Schubert as team lead for hospitality projects, and Jeff Phillips and Pragnesh Parikh as project managers. Luedeman rejoins the firm after receiving a master's of architecture from Washington State University. He is providing Revit support on retail tenant improvements and a mixed-use expansion project. Schubert has 15-plus years of experience with mixed-use, retail, hospitality, and high-rise residential projects, and is working on Lincoln Square in Bellevue. Phillips rejoins DCI with 20 years of experience in residential and institutional projects. He is involved in a retail and office renovation in Seattle. Parikh also rejoins the firm with 30 years of office, mixed-use and institutional experience. He is working on retail and hospitality projects, and a large mixed-use development in Bellevue. Seattle-based Sclater provides architectural design and planning.
