Keany

Environmental Science Associates hired Jim Keany in the Seattle office as a senior program manager in the Northwest biological resources and land management practice. Keany has more than 30 years of experience in aquatic and terrestrial ecology. His recent work includes analyzing the effects of FEMA's flood insurance program in Washington and Oregon. ESA is a West Coast-based environmental science and planning firm.
