Bremerton-based Rice Fergus Miller hired Amos Callender and Jason Barry as designers, and Yecenia DeLuca as an operations assistant. Callender has worked in the architectural field for more than 10 years, from predesign through construction administration. He has experience in health care, hospitality, and commercial tenant improvements. Barry has 13 years of experience as a designer with an emphasis on health care design and standards of practice. His work includes tenant improvements, renovations, and new health care and medical office projects. Yecenia was a civilian human resources specialist at Joint Base Lewis McChord. Rice Fergus Miller provides architecture, interior design and planning.
