Paul Whitehill returned to the architectural staff of HKP Architects after seven years practicing in the Bay Area. He began working for HKP in 2001 and was involved in K-12 and community college projects, and has since focused on K-12. He is doing assessments for Edmonds School District. HKP is an architecture, design and planning firm in Mount Vernon.
