PBS Engineering and Environmental promoted Heidi Yantz and Timothy (Tim) Ogden to principal. Yantz has been with PBS for seven years and manages its Portland geo-environmental group. Ogden has been with the firm for 20 years and leads the health and safety design team. Portland-based PBS provides geo-environmental, health and safety, engineering, and natural resource consulting from offices in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
