BLRB Architects

BLRB Architects hired Scott Winters as an architectural graphics designer in the Tacoma office, Henry Rhett as a project designer in Bend, and Melissa Guarin as project manager in Portland. Winters holds a master's degree in architecture from the University of Oregon and a bachelor of fine arts in mixed media from Western Washington University. Rhett has 15 years of technical design experience and ran his own design firm, working on residential and commercial projects. Guarin has more than a decade of architectural design experience on public and private projects. Tacoma-based BLRB focuses on public architecture, and also has a Spokane office.
